For this next week, I'll be talking bout 5 things I plan on leaving behind so that I can have an epic year in 2022.

So let's get started.
The first thing I plan on leaving behind as this year comes to an end is judgment.
Judgment of myself and also, the judgment of other people.
Yes, even people I feel I can judge. Which is basically just my opinion.
You see the one thing I've noticed is that the people of this country and even the world are completely divided right now.
The more I look at this situation the more silly it seems.
I truly believe...
I think daily Deep-Level Self-Care is so important.

A lot of times when we talk about self-care we think of getting a massage, a hot bath, and having a nice warm cup of herbal tea.
These are all great self-care things to add to your life but unless you’re doing them consistently, they will only be surface-level self-care.
There is nothing wrong with surface-level self-care. It will raise your vibe and mood which is always beneficial.
However, we want to do things that will create lasting change in order to protect our energy and create the space for the things we love.
Let us go over 10 soul-aligned deep self-care practices that will help you create the space for a life full of passion, purpose, and impact.
1. Learning the 6 types of self-care.
Step 12 - Take Action
This is an important step for any goal you want to reach or solution you want to reach. Don't sit around and wait for things to become great, don't complain if you have a problem with no solution, make one, If you want something, go get it. No one is going to do these things for you. If you want something to happen, take action.
Recognize what is action and what is procrastination. Educating yourself more, preparing to take action is not action.
You’re never going to feel ready to start so you’ll have to just take the leap. That feeling in your stomach may feel like fear but it’s really excitement!
Taking action before you’re ready I believe helps you reach your goals quicker.
It kinda goes like this:
Take action, That wasn’t perfect, let me make some changes and shifts and move forward and keep trying.
So you see, you just keep learning and moving forward until you get to where you’re going!
Action...
Fear can be a huge block when it comes to reaching any goal.
It's usually the reason that most people never fully achieve what they want to in life.
Yesterday I read a quote that I loved:
"To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people just exist" ~Oscar Wilde
I think this is so true. We really do let fear control the outcome of our lives.

How exactly do we become lost or disconnected from ourselves to the point where we feel completely stuck and uninspired in life.

I love to declutter stuff. My car, my closet, my junk drawer, and pretty much any part of my life. What most people don’t think about is how to declutter your mind so you can have less stress and anxiety and also make space for more creativity and happiness.
I recently did a FB live on decluttering in my FB Group, Empowering Women at 40 and Beyond, and was going to write about decluttering everything, but then I thought it would be better to focus on your mind because we often fail to think and care for ourselves and I’d say getting your head unclogged would be beneficial, right?
