💙We learn to set a new standard for ourselves by weaving deep-level self-love and self-care into our everyday lives.
 
💙We will learn to improve our nutrition to serve our bodies with energy and space for healing.
 
💙We will work our bodies hard but have the space for rest and the space to gain strength.
 
💙We will shift our way of thinking and being to one that serves our soul-aligned core values and teaches us to treat ourselves to the highest standards in all areas of our lives.
 
💙I do this for myself because I'm not as active in the winter. I start to grow a bit of a food baby, my winter hibernation layer.
 
💙I mean how else will I stay warm up on this mountain I live on?
 
We will focus on reducing the stress and friction in our lives by decluttering our mind space and the processes we use in our lives.
 
We will remember how to add adventure, playfulness, & joy back into our lives to soothe and feed the Soul!
 
 
But I also feel sluggish, tired, and mushy and I need a damn Reset!
 
So I'm doing this along with you! For the whole 8 weeks, I'm ready to shed my winter chub, get energized and practice some deep-level self-care...goddess level Self-Care, want to join me?

Why I Became a Coach

About 10 years ago I suffered a stress induced tear in my vertebral artery. This lead to a stroke and a clot in my brain. The next few years after this I had to learn to navigate being and single Mom with three kids, a high-stress sales job, and the challenges that come along with recovery from a severe injury. 

I spent 10 yrs learning the best possible ways to create health, balance, and fitness in my life.

I know what it's like to have stress, a tight budget, and limited time.

After 10 years of trial and error and extensive market research I put together a program so that I can help busy women that might feel overwhelmed with all the health and wellness information that's out there.

Simplified nutrition, quick fitness solutions, and the support, accountability, and coaching they need to succeed and maintain a healthy balanced life!

I want to be able to help you, so you don't have to spend the next ten years trying to do it all on your own.
